At GlowVibey, we want you to love your Color-Changing Bottle Lamp! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your lamp for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The lamp must be in its original condition and packaging
All accessories and cables must be included
The product must be unused and undamaged

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@glowvibey.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@glowvibey.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your lamp for another one, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like.
